
It has come to our attention that parents trying to use the SafeArrival phone number to call in absences and have Eastlink as their provider are receiving dropped calls or busy signals. This is an issue only with Eastlink and has happened before. Usually taking some time to resolve with Eastlink.
We are working on having it resolved again.
In the meantime, the IT Department recommends that those affected to use either the PowerSchool parent portal to record absences or download the SchoolMessenger App for their phone. The App is very effective at recording absences.
