Week at a Glance June 24 - 28, 2019

NO CAFETERIA SERVICE AFTER Tuesday June 25

Thursday, June 27 – Assessment day – no school for students

Friday, June 28th final day. Report cards will be handed out in homerooms just prior to dismissal. Dismissal for students will begin at 10 a.m. following the normal schedule of afternoon bus runs.  If your student is unable to pick up their report card please send a self-addressed stamped envelope (2 stamps) to the office and it will be mailed home.  We are unable to send report cards home with friends or family members or give them out early. Report cards can be picked up at the school office from 11am to 1pm on Friday.

At this time all bus students should be signed up for BusPlanner through Stock Transportation.  This will give you access to emails if there are any bus changes (late buses, change of bus number, etc).  This will also allow you to look at bus times for the fall when they are updated. To register for bus planner you need your student’s provincial number which is available on report cards (310….) or by contacting the school.  Please sign up at https://hrce.mybusplanner.ca.  All instructions are also available under transportation on the HRCE website.
